Fiscal Year 2: The Pitch
Distributors must "sell" their products to the market.
Fiscal Year 3: Scale & Conflict
Teams upgrade facilities for higher capacity. Complex contracts (profit splits, joint investments) are signed.
- Vertical Integration: Distributors buying factories.
- Instructor acts as Arbitrator for contract disputes.
Closing & Reflection
Market closes. Accounts frozen. Final revenue calculated.
